"We were there this past weekend. It's not a bad store but the really need to fix all the broken floor tiles and a remodel of the restrooms wouldn't hurt. The employees are nice but they take a long time to ring up your purchases and bag up your items to where it gets a bit frustrating. Other than that it's a nice store but the broken floor tiles really hurt the appearance. I mean it's not like they can't afford to fix the floor tiles."

"Mixed feelings. The Associates from certain perfume bays were so unattentive and rude, while the Givenchy Bay employees were attentive and friendly, so needless to say, I purchased a fragrance from their bay. By the way, Dahlia Divin smells great!"

I informed Macys members of the hazard and may need to put a sign for customer to be safe while shopping at the store and was ignored. Is this the kind of environment you provide tour shopper Macys?"

"I gave Macy's 4 stars because of the sales associate, THE STORE ITSELF GET A BIG FAT ZERO! I went there to return a pair of Lucky Jeans that I ordered online about a week ago. I order from Macy's a lot, I have several pair of these jeans but this time, someone sent me a pair of worn, washed torn jeans with NO tags whatsoever, not even in the packaging. I was so outdone, I couldn't believe they actually sent these to me. The sales associate was very polite, understanding, patient, and kind, but whoever sent these jeans to me should be fired. That is ridiculous. I won't be ordering anything from them for a while, as this is not the 1st time, so I'm disappointed and frustrated with them now. This left a very sour taste in my mouth."
