"I came up there 2 days ago and I assisted by an Bri from Sephora ( beautiful young woman by the way ;). She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product I was concerned about. But I got what I needed!"

"Bad experience, where I was rung out at Sephora but the security locks weren’t taken off my clothing. Had to be brought back in and my items checked. No apologies for the misunderstanding or anything. I won’t be back to this store. I understand that it’s part of their security measures but they also have to deal with customers with respect, they could have turned this experience around and instead I left their store with a bad experience. The only reason I go into Kohl’s now is to return things to Amazon. I have plenty of options for that that don’t involve shopping at their store. And I won’t have to deal with accusations of any kind. I’m upset at how I was treated and I think most people would be if they were treated the same."

"I love kohl's, because there's always great options with good prices. They also have some of the best sales! I go to drop off my Amazon returns and then can spend hours shopping for myself, my children and extra goodies. This store is always clean, the associates are always very nice, and my check out is quick. I also can use my Kohl's credit card without even having it on me, which I love!"
