"I like it and I’ll return because the food is good and the movie quality is very acceptable. They are understaffed ( like many places) but the staff is friendly and works hard. They could upgrade their food / drink ordering process by going with an electronics menu interface or order by phone app. I’d recommend giving patrons a discount by showing up early to order food/ drinks before the show starts. The chairs don’t recline but at least they’re pretty comfortable. The green chile burger is awesome!"

"I love Alamo, I really do. However, I have never had a good food experience at the one in Lubbock. I order before the movie and get the food 1-1.5 hours later and barely have time to start eating it before they bring the check. Half the time it’s cold! And if I ever order “bottomless” popcorn, they NEVER refill it no matter how many order cards I put up. It doesn’t make any sense. I don’t know if it’s management or what but I’ll be spending my $50 at Tinseltown. At least there I get my food when I order it"

"We ordered the "endles" soft drink for $6 & never saw our waiter after the initial glass. Then, when they brought our bill, they had added 2 food items!! Took forever to correct, meanwhile who ever did order the food left without being charged!! The seats are very comfortable, although getting in & out is a bit awkward because the food trays do not move or fold away."

"Went this time on a Tuesday night and didn't reserve tickets in advance because I saw the theater only had a few seats taken so it was just $7 plus tax. My wife and I go probably 3 or 4 times a year. Most of the food that we've tried there is good. We like the milkshakes, most of the appetizers have been good, and the pizza and burgers are fairly solid."

"This is a great place to relax and watch a movie! They got a lot of food,beer, and snack options. The popcorn was refillable and vary good! I got burger as a meal which was ok nothing special but definitely good. Lots to choose from. The way they serve you is really neat they were fast and on top of getting everything. The atmosphere of the theater was what’s really cool about this place definitely different from the rest."
