"Used this towing service following an accident. They took it to the storage facility, but since then they won't answer phone calls, our insurance has reached out to them, and yet no one will answer. I don't know if they just hold on to cars longer than needed in order to extort money from their customer, but it is a really poor business practice to shaft your paying customers, and hold your car hostage with radio silence."

"They did not even look at the problems I mentioned. I told them to look at my parking break and they told me its old could be spare tire making the noise, like I don't know my vehicle. After 8 days they told me my car was too old, though they have done work on it before. They told me there are no parts for the window, but a tow truck driver and myself found a whole page of them first search. I had to remind them to update me, when I did they said what were the problems? They instantly called me back and said they couldn't find it and it's too old which was Clear Bull."
