"Came in today looking for a perfume they discontinued, I’ve been wearing for years, the manager noticed I was searching and asked if she could help, she said they discontinued my favorite perfume and went above and beyond to help find something similar. She provided excellent service and went above and beyond to help me. She really cared about what I wanted. Five stars, thank you so much for your service today, people aren’t that kind anymore!"
"I arrived 15 minutes to closing, and the door was locked. There is a note on the store door that limits capacity to 18. I saw 5 customers inside. I stood there until 7 at the door calling the store I was never acknowledged, and the phone was never answered. Is this standard protocol? I'm a 'frontline worker' my schedule is a mess and this was literally the only time I could my exchange order. I'm beyond upset. This is incredibly inconvenient. At the very least, the phone could have been answered."
