"Great food, authentic and healthy Falafel and chicken shawarma. The sauce used has grape flavors and lots of veggies and protein. Good friendly service, good value and close to St. Elmo brewing. This food truck has some amazing middle eastern food."

"This food is ridiculously bomb. We got a few of the main dishes, and what particularly slapped extra hard was the loaded fries. Reasonable prices, the service was great and quick. I highly recommend eating here. Can't miss out on their Jerusalem street food. We will definitely come back and bring friends and family."

For my customers my first duty is to get the best quality ingredients sourced locally and that is the primary focus. The quality of meat and process of preparing the meat is the key.
