"What a fantastic staff! My daughter and I were looking for a pageant dress. The place was packed, yet everyone was treated with such class and eagerness. We never felt rushed (even though they were closing soon) and each staff memeber was so polite and incredibly helpful. 10/10 recommend!!!"
"Extremely packed, There were no mirrors in the dressing rooms, It was impossible to look through dresses because they were all crammed together on the racks and some of them were in plastic so it was very overwhelming. It was a very small place for ALOT of dresses. You can find this same selection of dresses almost anywhere else."
"Made my purchase about 1 yr ago, google keeps asking me to review. I went with my daughter to buy pagent attire. We needed multiple outfits. We were able to acquire 2 on our own as all staff was busy assisting 1 other girl, apparently more important than any other shopper in the store. It would have been nice to have some help, but that is their loss not mine. And yes if you want your dresses protected you have to buy the darn bags. We spent close to $1200 on our visit. Gave 2 stars as we did make a considerable purchase, but with lack of service could not go more."
"The girl with blonde hair and green glasses is so helpful and kind. She always knows what to say. I'm really picky once it comes to dresses, and she helped me find exactly what I needed and what would look good with my skin and on my body!! I love her. She's the best!!"
"We’ve visited a couple of times. The first time we didn’t find anything and this year we did. I would recommend giving complimentary garment bags with purchases. Even if you choose a to do so with a certain minimum purchase amount. My daughters dress after tax was $812 and we left with plastic over it. I spent $468 the year prior at a bridal shop and got a bag. Also, maybe spread the sections further apart. There are several isles that have no space to walk. Those dresses are being destroyed. Great selection and friendly service."
