"The lamb taco is legitimately one of the best bites I’ve ever had. Perfectly seasoned, tender and moist. I live in south Austin, which is a bit of a hike from this spot, but I will absolutely make a point to get back here when I’m up north."

"Every great craft brewery needs an equally great food trailer or truck out back. They just go together, unless your brewery also has its own in-house restaurant. But it’s a lot less overhead to simply let someone park and deal with all the details. Yellow Bell Texas Tacos is located behind Austin Beerworks’ Sprinkle Valley location on Springdale Road, and serves up great casual fare that is tasty and affordable. After all, you don’t expect a food trailer to serve a four-course meal. It’s scalable and adaptable. I went with the Calabacitas Tacos (hold the cheese, please), which had an amazing mouth feel. It was an explosion of flavor. Kudos to YBTT for not turning me away, because I finally decided I needed food only a few minutes before the 9pm closing. They made sure I was fed, and quickly. Highly recommend. Oh, and don’t forget the beer at ABW!"
