"Been a customer for around 14 years. I purchased a set of four tires and recently got a nail in one of my tires. I was going to meet a friend of mine who needed another set of four tires (Recommendation), and then get my nail Issue fixed. On their website, you could schedule an appointment which I did, but the next day I received an email that I could not make an appointment and just had to come down there. Because of the mishap, I felt I should call and confirm. They said it was a three hour wait, which is unreasonable for a 15 minute fix, so I planned to go down there when they opened at 7:30 in the morning. I also asked them “ Does Klingerman fix flat tires and nails if you purchase a set of four tires?” -I was told “yes” on the phone. It took me 40 minutes to drive down there in rush-hour traffic to make it at 7:30 in the morning (avoiding a three hour wait )to be told that it would cost me $35 because I didn’t buy a roadside assistance warranty. I declined to pay the $35 because I don’t want to Support an entity that doesn’t have any accountability for their actions. I will not be Recommending their services anymore either."

"Needed to have my pothole-damaged alloy wheel rim replaced with a front end alignment done. Porter was great to work with -- he gave me great advice on having a refurbished rim drop shipped from an online vendor to their Oak Hill shop. Their friendly team was patient with me and respectful of my concerns. Repair done on time and priced well. A+ experience! Thank you!"

"I started bringing my truck here bc they could change a diesel engine oil. Now they can’t seem to get that done in less than a 4 hour wait. Nor can they check to see if they have the oil and filter prior to draining your oil. Since the policy is first come first served, and they don’t check for parts or materials until you come up in the line, luck is a big part of how long a service will take. I guess I’m unlucky with this pace."

"Went here to get a tire patch. Was told it would take about 1 Hr ended up taking 2 hrs with multiple people being serviced before me. They didn’t touch my car until I told them it had been 1 Hr. When returning my car to me they said I needed 1 new tire and gave me an overpriced estimate of $300. I declined that offer and paid. Then they printed me a receipt saying I needed an alignment and I declined that as well when they didn’t tell me about it until after I paid. Over all very poor service and communication, would not return. Update: Their regional manager reached out and apologized for their service issues and refunded my money."

Thomas at the front desk let me know over the phone that they could get me in for an inspection if I came right away. Thomas made sure the whole waiting room was in a good mood with his amiable personality while working through transactions with speed and grace."
