"This place use to be in my top 5 to enjoy a good burger. The last couple of times I've went the service and food has greatly diminished. I won't go into great detail, but the lobster salad was terrible, and my clients burger was thrown together and lacking quality in flavor. I feel like this place is under new management. There use to be an older gentleman that greeted us as we came in and quiet frequently check on us. This service no longer exists!"
"I've been a handful of times, and it's a hit or miss on service and food. I tried the fried chicken sandwich and fries this last visit. The chicken was super dry, and the fries were flimsy and tasted old. It came out within only a couple of minutes, I would have preferred to wait and receive fresh food. A few weeks before, I went in for dine in and stood at the front for 10 minutes, and nobody came up. I didn't see a server, hostess, or bartender. I'm not sure where everyone was, so I left. Salads are the best, I can take my dog and overall clean inside/out. The people are nice and helpful when present. And they have a good happy hour. As a somewhat regular, I would hope for more consistency."
"This place feels like you're in a cafeteria somewhere Then the Burger came completely dry, the bun was stale, The pickle chips were insanely salty, and one of my peppers was moldy. The server couldn't have been nicer and sweeter and did a great job but there wasn't much for her to work with."
"Ordered lobster roll with fries, did not come with fries and missing fries weren't worth driving back for. I suppose it's my fault for not checking, but having to go through your takeout bag in the middle of the restaurant is kinda ridiculous. Lobster roll also did not contain enough lobster for $27. Hamburger was okay, it had good flavor. Hot honey bites were decently crispy; the housemade sauces were the best things in the bag."
"Great restaurant for a burger and beer! We went here at noon on a weekday and were set immediately. Ordered the Buffalo Bill and loaded fries. They have a great atmosphere and plenty of space and parking. The service was great and the food was delicious. Would recommend and will be retuning!"
