"Be careful with this location! Days after my man took me to purchase a purse for my birthday an employee named Cindy texted him from her personal number. He showed me the text and said himself that he thought that was really odd. Never coming back to this location!"

"Customer satisfaction is of no importance to the employees here. There was a problem with my bag, which I used only a few times. I asked them to refund my money or fix the problem, but they said they couldn't do anything. When I said that I was not happy with this situation, the woman working there simply left me and went to her colleagues and started talking while looking at me. I will never go to this store or buy from this brand again."

"My Niece and I were profiled and held out of the store to shop through the 2 employees working the door. There were hardly any customers in the store and let me repeat…there were 2 employees (not security) working the door to profile and keep select customers out of the store. The employee asked “what are you looking for today” and she proceeded to check for the shoes while we’re still standing outside the store. At that point, I didn’t have a chance to shop around and look at other items. While they are holding us outside and making me shop through her headset, an older Asian couple walks up and the same employee allowed them into the store without any questions or issues. I asked the employee why did they get to go inside before us, and she told me “I was going to let you all in. I just didn’t want you to waste your time if we didn’t have your shoes”. I told her I never had the opportunity to shop around and see if I wanted any other items before feeling like I wasn’t allowed in the store. Needless to say, that employee wins. I will never go back to that store and this has truly tarnished my view of the Tory Burch brand."

"This Tory Burch store is larger than others and receive items earlier than other stores. I guess because of the foot traffic, purchases aren’t wrapped like other stores. They use handheld card readers and entered my information in incorrectly so I never received an emailed receipt. I tried on two different sizes and purchased the larger size. When I got home…500 miles away I discovered I had a mismatched pair of shoes. Took 4 days to receive a correct pair via shipping. Also bought a purse that was the wrong design upon unwrapping. They should slow down and take their time."
