"I visited this store and was followed around the whole entire time. The associate acted as if she was just in the area straightening clothes but everything was already nice and neat. It is very annoying. Yes, be attentive; but don’t follow customers around the store to watch them. It doesn’t make for a good shopping experience."

"In the last three or so years, the customer service is absolutely horrible. My husband loves the brand, but we never seem to have a decent shopping experience when we go in the store. After visiting the NY location, we felt the difference. They were friendly, helpful and made it fun for us. The Houston location has a bunch of sales associates that won’t help at all. They are very lazy and disconnected to the customer. It’s frustrating because it does not seem to be getting better. I am not trying to be unreasonable, but I feel like the service should match the prices in the store and it does not. I get better service at any random store. I wish their headquarters knew."
