"Needs a better manager. Wasn’t allowed to return a pair of pants simply because the tag had fallen off (plastic piece that holds the tag was still on pants). I bought these pants the day before at the galleria location and hadn’t even taken them out of the bag before trying to return them at this location. Must have not even had the tag when I bought them. Looks like I’m not the only one having this issue based on the reviews of this location. I had the receipt and original bag. Don’t waste your time with this place."

"I came to the store to return a sweater I purchased the day before. I took the tag off so I could try the sweater on comfortably because my husband didn't like the way it looked so I obviously wanted to return it. I went to return it with my receipt and the original bag the DAY AFTER I PURCHASED IT. The lady (didn't catch her name) at the counter accused me of wearing it and bringing it back! I am a 70 year old woman, not a 18 year old trying to get by. By reading the other reviews this happens often. It made me want to never return due to the terrible customer service."

"Bought a shirt at a different location and attempted to exchange at this one. Key word - exchange. Apparently the tag “wasn’t in the right spot”. It was completely unworn with the receipt and original bag, but she refused to exchange because the tag wasn’t attached in the right spot. What? How should a customer know when a tag is correctly placed when you purchase and walk out of the store with it? She basically accused me of taking the tag off and reattaching it then continued to say “it smelled too clean”. Uuummm it’s a brand new shirt that’s never been worn with the tags still attached with the original receipt with the original bag, I would HOPE it smelled clean. According to some other reviews posted, returns are obviously a no-go here. They’re ready to reel you in but forget about customer service after you’ve swiped your credit card! I have contacted the original store I purchased from and corporate and they are allowing a return. Absolutely ridiculous. WHBM has lost a customer."

"I came in an hour before closing to shop for an outfit for an interview the next morning. The sales associate working with me was extremely helpful in choosing pieces, building outfits, and bringing me more garments to try. The store was having a 30% sale on regular priced items and 50% discount on sales items, so everything I bought was at a great price. I will definitely be coming back to this store next time I re-vamp my professional wardrobe!"

"This location refused to accept a return because the tag was no longer attached to the garment. The item had never been worn or even taken out of the bag. I provided the receipt, tags and debit card I used to make the purchase (2 weeks ago). I asked for a store credit which was also declined. They were more concerned about selling me more items than assisting me. The customer service was unpleasant at best. I do not recommend this location."
