"This place used to thrive. It had one of the best crews ever. Unfortunately they put a person in charge that has zero to no clue or idea how to manage a restaurant and is kind of arrogant in the title she holds. I wouldn't eat there if you paid me,because of the incompetence in general management. But, it is a corporation and usually all the cutthroat,and toe stepping leads to the top."

"Visited Freebirds to try some of their new menu items from the claims to fame options. Overall, Freebirds seems to have a more spicy profile compared to other fast casual joints offer similar foods. However, I’m pretty disappointed in the flavors, they just don’t stand out within the burrito/bowl. The queso and chips are decent. The guacamole is definitely missing some flavor as well."
