"The rental department is full of scam artists. Terrible service received from the tool rental department. Rented a moving truck and was quoted $15/hr after the base price of $29 for 75 mins by an employee named Ricky. On returning the truck after 3 hours, I was told that the final amount was over $50 higher than the original quote given and I was told the rate is actually $24/hr and that Ricky had calculated the hourly rate incorrectly. Upon further discussion with Ricky, he clarified that he had said “approximately $15/hr” as justification for the increased price. I further went on to speak with his supervisor Marissa who informed me that she cannot do anything despite the fact that she was present when the information was provided to me incorrectly. She also tried to lie and claimed she was not present at the time of pickup. I then requested to speak to the manager to rectify the issue and Marissa informed me that there was no manager in-store today and I would receive a callback at the earliest. After this, I walked into the store and found an Assistant Manager and explained the situation. He spoke to the team and provided me with an appropriate refund. However, Marissa and her team refused to accept their mistake. More than the employee, the supervisor is responsible for providing customer satisfaction and acknowledging the negligence made by someone on her team. It was extremely disappointing to see that Marissa was just trying to cover up her mistake by lying, instead of trying to rectify the issue at hand. Will never go back to Home Depot."

"Walked in today to buy a washer and dryer and had my favorite sales experience ever. Tom is SO helpful and gave us great advice. It was our first time buying a big appliance like this and Tom made everything so easy. He very clearly explained the delivery and installation process to us so we know exactly what to expect. Go see Tom!!! (He has great jokes too)"

"This place is always full of staff that are quite helpful to whatever your needs are. Fantastic job on always kepeign this place tidy and neat. I have never had an issue finding items on my own and going through self checkout is a breeze. I mostly walk shop for hand tools and gloves, and that area is so clean and easily accessible. Their assortment of tools is hard to rival and the deals during holidays are outstanding!"

"Bought a brand new top of the line Bosch dishwasher for over $500 off because it was a display model. I have never been happier. the appliance section was swarmed but they still took the time and called in help to make sure all 5 customers got full attention in a timely manner. I believe the wiser gentleman who helped me was named Charlie and he was outstanding and got my dishwasher wrapped and put onto my car within 20 minutes of purchase even during a busy period. (I had a fussy 1 year old with me so this made my day) Many of their display items were heavily heavily discounted, so yea you may need to call your local plumber or electrician to pay for installment after you get the item home. But the savings were beyond that installation cost for me personally. Outstanding Home Depot location!!"

"Endless selection of paint, plants, everything to help you grow plants, lumber, appliances, everything you need for your kitchen, and an endless selection of tools and many of them have a lifetime warranty if they are from rigid the Home Depot brand. I did buy my husband a complete set of rigid cordless 18 volt battery powered tools that he thoroughly enjoys using. The Milwaukee is generally considered the best but the rigid is half the price and comes with a lifetime warranty. My son is a carpenter prefers DeWalt but so far so good with the Ridgid tools. This is a great location in Central Austin and servicing Southwest Austin also."
