"The mall has been open since 11am. The hours for rainbow shows 11 am. It’s now 1150 and the place is still not open. Bad business. I’ve called the mall at least 3 times and spoke with a Kristina the manager of the mall. All she can do is apologize for them not being open"
"The store is definitely there and is at the end as you are going to Macy's on the left side. Mom found 2 dresses right off the bat for $19.99 so I told her to take both of them for that price. But when she went try them on they would not let her. They told my mother it was their policy to not let anyone use the dressing rooms. The lady was very nice but they told my mom she could return if she bought and did not fit for up to 7 days. Sure enough mon needed the next size up so we will have to make a 2nd trip to the mall for the correcy size. Good store but having a policy that you cannot try it on before you buy it is ridiculous!! I will be calling the corporate office for an explanation. 10/7/21 Update. I sent an email to customer service and tney wete very prompt in there reply. They said that out of safety for the customers that the do have a policy in place that the fitting rooms are not to be used. So I did recieve a very rapid response and also the young lady who told me that was so nice about it. However, considering that you don't have to wear a mask right now I still don't see the point."
"My experience in Rainbow was definitely a memorable one. I went to buy my wife a present for her birthday as a surprise, but wasn’t too sure on what to get so I asked a few of their rainbow employees their opinions and was able to find the perfect gift. The employees are very nice and easy to approach and do not make you feel like a bother. The place is well maintained and their prices are fantastic. This is definitely the place I go to buy gifts for any female family member."
