Dairy Queen

"It's been 10 years since I've been in a Dairy Queen. I ordered fish and chips for a dear friend, and steak fingers. The steak fingers were hot and delicious, so was the fish, but they gave me old fries on both orders. It's disappointing.when you pay $30. You expect your entire order to be fresh not old. If it wasn't for the cold fries this would be five stars. Fries are part of the meal!"

"This location was nothing but awesome. The young man at the register was accommodating, helpful and personable. A true example of excellent customer service! I had to write this as I sit in a car just leaving this DQ. I believe in giving compliments where due and this is no exception. Great work! I would definitely go to this location again. Wish I lived near it."

"Today was the worst experience that I've ever had in buying fast food. So here are the details. I decided to take my older brother out for a burger since he was visiting Texas. So, as I was placing my order and specified, my order would be a large combo. And to that the the woman taken my order replied, what size drink did I want? That's when I reminded her that my order was large, so why would I need to upgrade my drink and fries when the order was already up sized. But I thought nothing more of the mere correction and pulled forward to the worst customer service from a so-called lead. Crystal was the worst, she received me at the window by giving me a death stare, which at the time I thought was odd because nothing warranted this type of behavior. So I asked about the facial expression because I didn't want to misunderstand her intentions. So she clarified her rude demeanor was due to what she thought was me being and when I asked her what I did that she felt was disrespectful she told me to leave the line she wasn't serving me. That's when I left the drive can in the establishment and requested her name where she defying grabbed her badge displaying it as if she didn't care and her authority was law. It will be a long time before I frequent this establishment"

"Great job. Whoever was working the night of 10/26/2023 at 10:30PM provided great service. They provided my group excellent service by being attentive, friendly, and walking up to us to give our food to us. We came after House of Torment, and their service was a great way to end the night."

"I ordered 2 bacon cheese burgers, one with no tomato or onions. They give me both burgers with only tomato and onion. I drive allll the way back, and they replaced them but I was almost out the door and realized they only replaced one. They got me another. The food has gone downhill so bad. The burger is stupidly thin, and honestly it tasted like another fast food place that has good deserts and drinks yet bad food. We will only ever rarely go for ice cream now."
