"Three months ago I got a bag from my friend and now after using a couple of times the hair is disappearing from one side. When my friend went bag they said it’s not normally used but what can you do with a bag wearing on your shoulder. It’s a shame such an expensive bag and not doing a thing when you come back. "We bought between 12 and 15 cowhide bags for family and friends between September and November and spent almost $1,500 there. Unfortunately, in December 2023 (when we gave the presents) it turned out that the shoulder straps were missing from one of the bags. So last week I went back to the store. They say they don't do anything because it was a sales item. It may not be useful for us not to check everything in detail, but if you buy several bags at the same time as a gift, you don't do that. It's a shame that the owner acts like this. They will not see us there again and we will also tell our friends here in Houston more freshly. missed opportunity and lost good customer!"
