"Stopped by to have a tire checked and top off air pressure. Saw guy in office signal employee and watch the employee break my valve stem intentionally on inside rear tire so they could charge me $35 for dismount and $10 for valve stem. Used these guys mobile service all the time but now will have to find another company. Why?? Over $45 dollars on a slow day!"

"Call J&I on a Sunday afternoon hauling a trailer that had a blowout. They said it would be an hour and a half which I was OK with. However they showed up In 30 minutes with the tires I needed. Cesar was friendly and god bless him it was 104 degrees outside and he got to work and got us back on the road in no time at all. Note he had all this done BEFORE my roadside assistance was scheduled to show up. I would definitely recommend them..."
