"Poor customer service! I went to return something with the tag and receipt but they found a stain on pants which was already there and they said I have to go to the same store I went! These are all same company and they could have helped me to take care of the return but they did not! Even when I asked for the manager, they cashiers refused to call the store manager!"

"Dropped in to kill time waiting for another stop, but ended up leaving with some great bargains. They had asking the cleanest men's rooms in that part of town, too."

"I came into the store today to return an item. The item has not been worn, the item has all tags attached and I also have my receipt. The store manager Claudia R. refused to give me service. She refuse to take the item back. I know I was not being treated fairly. I called other stores to inquire about TJMaxx’s bathing suit policy, the corporate office is closed on the weekend, I was told by two different mangers that she should absolutely take back the return. Upon finding out the store policy, I told her. The manage, CLAUDIA R. completely ignored me and walked off. I was flabbergasted and floored at her unprofessionalism and non caring attitude towards the situation. I stood and waited until she had to come back to the register area. I told her I was going to put in a grievance with the corporate office, this is not right the way I’m being treated. She told me I don’t care what you do!! She created a very embarrassing seen that she cared nothing about. I was told by the other managers to not engage her and they would be more than happy to except the return per store policy. I am grateful to the two managers I spoke with at the Eldridge store and S Fry location. I will be back to this Campbell location and CLAUDIA R will be returning this item. I will speak with whomever in the district office or corporate office to have this situation addressed. She was completely unprofessional unfair and showed not a ounce of business acumen!! I know this untrained unqualified person does not represent TJMaxx as a brand and corporation. I have all ways has good experiences through the years with all of the locations and store chains."

"Always a great place to find good quality, discounted name brands. TJ Maxx is my go to for workout gear, luggage and socks. Since these are items that typically wear out fast anyway, I prefer to not spend an arm and a leg. I’ve not been so lucky on clothing finds here. Every now and then I find a cute top or fun jeans, but it’s rare. One suggestion at the checkout: please stop over selling the TJ Maxx credit card. The first girl gave her spiel and I politely declined, but then the other girl helping the first girl went into the spiel too. Sometimes it’s too much and it personally makes me uncomfortable having to say no; especially multiple times. I worked retail when I was younger, so I know they probably have a quota to get to keep their progress up, but please don’t repeat it. Maybe the second girl didn’t hear the first girl. Just putting it out there."

"Wonderful shopping experience. Neat and clean store, kind associates. Shout out to Lissa in the TJ Max Jewelry department. She is, from my short shopping experience, is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met! I will continue to shop at this location first (even though it is not the closest) just because of how helpful she was. She would excel at jewelry sales in a commission base market! I appreciate the kind sentiments and how she made my shopping experience mean more just by the great attitude she carries."
