"Own a Fiat 500. Three times, they could not find the issue with my car. My car was unsafe to drive. It kept stalling while I was driving. They released the vehicle to me and lied that it had no issues. They drove the car to point it had 0 gas and didn’t bother to fill it not even a little bit. They also took $136 dollars from me with no repairs being done and said it was okay to drive. Total money out of pocket close to $400. As I was driving to the gas station the car didn’t make it. Had to push it. I put gas in my car and the car didn’t start. On my way home, the car stalled out three times and this is after they said they couldn’t find anything wrong with it and said it was safe to drive. You cannot trust this place. They lie. It’s really hard to find honest people. They will try to take as much money from you as they can. If you do any work here ask to see the replaced part. Good luck! Also I want to add that they kept my car for over a week without any updates. I had to call them and on that same day they said the car was ready. It wasn’t ready at all. They just left it there on their lot until I had to call for updates. Picked up the car, same issue. Didn’t bother go to back, called my warranty service that they never fixed the problem and begged them that I didn’t want to go back, so I took it to a Fiat dealer which sadly for me will cost me more $$$$"
"I was vacationing in Austin when I ran into an issue with my vehicle. My truck engine started overheating and the coolant tank would not hold any fluid. I was able to drop off my vehicle and get it fixed within 2 days. The service was timely and much appreciated due to me having to get back to my hometown within the coming days. The staff was honest with me and worked with me in order for us to come to a solution of getting the car repaired. Great auto shop, with great people."
