"I generally do not write reviews but, I purchased 3 items from madness, before the order shipped out I called to cancel one of the items which customer service said it was not an issue at all. They shipped it out anyways. Upon arrival of the 3 items, I was going to return the one I cancelled free of charge, but one of the other items in the order came defective. They are refusing to return the defective item and wave their restocking fee and have still not sent me a shipping label for the one part that was supposed to be cancelled. The carbon products I ordered thru madness at a premium price expecting top notch parts appear to be the quality of Alibaba or eBay that sells for much cheaper. After this customer service experience where they do not return emails for 5+ days, and say they will call back and never do, I will never be ordering thru madness again. PS they have recognized that the part is defective as well and said they would send me another set of mirror caps, but after it taking 2.5 weeks for customer service to finally say that these mirror caps were not up to their standards. I don't want to have another set sent out and it be the same ordeal over mirror caps."

"I purchased a radio through Madness Auto works the 12.3 model for the jeep renegade and at the time of the install we had some problems with the radio like it wouldn't stay in the dash was the first problem. We figured out a way to secure it on our own. Another problem was there was no manual for the radio not on line or with the radio itself. We called them on December 29th 2023 they said they were closed until January 4th we called then still no answer and when we finally got an answer they said they would send a manual to our email and it didn’t happen nor do they call you back and the radio goes in and out at times and for the money that was spent I am not pleased at all with the radio nor the customer service. So please anyone else I would think twice about doing business with them at all."

"Beware for international buyers! This company ship with Fedex, even if you ask to ship USPS! You'll get your package without any fees, then a month later, you'll receive a bill from Fedex for taxes, custom fees, brokerage fees, etc... This bill will be expensive! For me, I bought a 120$ air filter, and the bill was 75$! You might want to find the part locally or from another seller that will ship it the way you want. Also, P/N on the air filter box was erased...so hoping it was the correct P/N I got!"

"I have purchased many items from this place. They have a great selection. They are lacking in customer service skills at times though. Called them to let them know that a part I ordered was not 100% as pictured on the website. The response was, well we've sold a lot of those items, so get over it. That was essentially the way I took their response. They need to be able to take constructive criticism better. They are not the only stores ar ound that sell auto parts. I'd rather pay more for better customer service."

"I’ve never visited their location in person, but i’ve been on their website a ton, they carry so many accessories for renegades, from factory hitch kits, side steps, rock sliders and side steps, rear light bar/bumper guards, all different types of colored door handles and tail light covers, top light mounts for circle lights, there’s so much! There’s a lot of other places for lift options and other types of accessories but this site has tons of stuff that you can’t find anywhere else! Great company if you’re looking for some specific renegade add ons you can’t find from other sites, and the factory hitch set up is way more affordable on here with everything you need to make it easy to do!"
