"Quality of clothing not great and the ac was broken. Sweating trying to shop is not a good look. Especially when it’s 100 degrees outside."
"I just left this store to complete a return. I was asked for my ID even with the card I used, original receipt and ontop of filling out the “customer data” form. I’ve done plenty of returns and never been asked for my ID. I called Customer Service and told them about the incident and the rep said that wasn’t supposed to happen. I asked for the DM info but it could not be provided. I asked how would I know that my concern has been addressed properly but apparently the DM doesn’t contact customers. I believe this is discrimination and I will not be back to that location until there is w formal remedy. If corporate sees my review please review camera footage from today 4/21 between 3:25-3:40pm."
"Excellent to shop for clothes but employees need a rain check on customer service and on their attitudes . I Love the store not the employees must be grizzly bear or rattlesnake season when doing with any employee of Rainbow stores they all are alike must be the air not circulating. IJS"
