"We placed the order in the drive thru. We had to wait almost 20 mins in line. We get to the window, and they stated that items we ordered were not available. we then had to wait for them to make other items to replace what was not available. We get home and it's not a correct order and items were still missing. This isn't the 1st time this has happened in the last few months. I won't go again."

"While the TC location at 12525 N Mopac Expwy Austin, Texas 78727 has been decent in the past, this visit was less than satisfactory. With the two combos, extra tacos, large sopapillas, and extra queso I expected the drinks coming first to be good. The Dr. Pepper was severely lacking as though it was watered down without as much carbonation from the machine. The bean and cheese tacos themselves were inconsistent in their weight. The steak on the steak tacos was super salty. Everything else seemed to come out alright but this is where the service issues come in. While ordering, the order taker seemed to want to rush the order towards the end and started running out of patience. I was at the speaker for maybe a total of three minutes, with one car pulling up about a minute in. Being in food service myself, I have learned how to judge these things but also ensure that the order continued smoothly for my part while my friend decided. When I arrived at the window, the receipt (order 437) from employee 999893091 was torn at the bottom so I couldn't scan the QR code to tell TC about my experience. This seemed a little deliberate since it was torn halfway down the QR code. The barcode to scan for points was intact and how I was able to review my specific experience here. When I told the lady at the window about the Dr. Pepper lacking in quality, she simply shrugged and closed the window on me. For all of these things, I would NOT recommend that anyone come to the Taco Cabana at 12525 N Mopac Expwy Austin, Texas 78727."

"Stale chips, little to no cheese and it was Cold. I had to ask for the sour cream and guacamole that’s supposed to come on it. They are ALWAYS out of something!"
