"They undercooked my burger and I lost my appetite. Before I could take a picture as proof, they threw it away and refused to refund me. I asked for a manager, and the people didn't speak English, used Google translate to tell me that they called one to come to the store. I waited over 40 minutes for her to show up, and she accused me of going there often and asking for my money back, when this isn't my regular Wendy's, and I've only been there once, a year ago. I guess she thinks all African American women look alike. They refused to give me a refund, gave me a dollar chicken sandwich, and told me to leave for telling them I wanted a refund for the burger I couldn't eat. I will never be going to Wendy's again. #TEAMWHATABURGER"

"Went through drive thru and ordered a #1 and #6. Got home and only had a #1. Went back to get #6. Got home and RAW chicken! Disgusting waste of time and never again at this location. If I become ill I definitely let Wendy's know! The photo attached showing it was only 1/2 cooked and I had a piece in my mouth when I tasted and looked at what I was eating. And on top of everything there was no receipt in the bag so no good to complain"
"Great prices menu but the staff isn't the friendliest and sometimes you may see things or people just hanging around etc but only if you dine in..but overall very clean restaurant and good atmosphere. But if you do use the restroom I'd advise you to make sure there is toilet paper etc because for some reason the bathroom is always out of stock with the necessities and dirty."
