"Three-meat plate One - moist brisket; Two - lean brisket; Three - Babyback ribs. Potato salad. Excellent brisket; moist , great barque and smoke ring. Brisket melted in my mouth. Ribs excellent. Owner super nice - even if he wears a Yankee cap. I’ll forgive anything for brisket and ribs this good. We live about three blocks from arguably one of the best bbq in town. We will return ……... often."
"We didn't want to wait on line for a tourist trap so we found a smaller business to support. After reading reviews we chose B Cooper and we were not disappointed. We come from a place where Famous Dave's is the only reliable BBQ, but let me tell you what, this brisket had an incredible crust, smoke ring, flavor and it was tender and juicy. The ribs were the best I have ever had. The pulled pork was great, a ton of flavor. The potato salad was amazing and extremely fresh."
"I was looking for some BBQ close to home and came across B Cooper at the Other Racquet Social Club. WOW! This place did not disappoint. The brisket, sausage and potato salad were delicious. I would even dare to put the brisket up there with some other Austin heavies like La Barbecue and Terry Black’s. If you live on the east side, definitely check out B Cooper’s!"
"B Cooper is definitely one of the best BBQ places in central Texas. Wagyu brisket is the star of the show. Buttery, tender, flavorful and it has a good balance of lean and fat. The owner is such a nice guy. I highly recommend this place!"
