"Yesterday I had the vegan situation burrito add vegan chorizo and it was delicious! I’d never been to the trailer and was about to use the QR code to order but the guy at the window kindly said he could just take my order. The food was ready quickly. It was nice to have a very tasty vegan option at Batch! Since I love going there."

"I’ve been a repeat customer at this place and love the food, when I heard they moved to Manor I was a bit disappointed because it would be further away but still wanted to give them my business. I placed an order online and drove the 25 minutes from South Austin. Order was supposed to be ready for 11:30. I Show up at 11:45 and it’s not. Lauren the supposed manager was explaining she was having system issues, and to come back in 15 minutes and the food will be ready. I said no worries, things happen and waited. Came back 15 minutes later and she had a frustrated attitude explaining that she had other orders before mine and she “didn’t know what to tell me” she then started raising her voice and was talking over me, when all I was trying to be was understanding and work with her. Because at this point I have over an hour invested into this burrito, I wanted my food and to just go home. I couldn’t even get a word in and she’s yelling at this point saying over and over again “I’ll just refund the order” out of disbelief and frustration I just leave empty handed. As I walked back to my car I could hear doors and cabinets slamming from the food truck and a few moments go by and I see Lauren walking away into Batch. I’m absolutely blown away at the lack of empathy and resolution on just a human level… not only did I have my time wasted but was made to feel like somehow I’m the problem. Nearly two hours of my time wasted, and ruined my Sunday."

"They don't allow you to order at the truck - you have to order by phone or at the bar next door. The vegan burrito isn't very good - mine was just full of veggies and avocado, there was no rice and it made me sick. Definitely not worth the $14 I paid for it."

"Worth the Wait Breakfast burrito - big enough for share - filled with creamy scrambled eggs, crispy hash browns and add-on like bacon, sausage, etc Tip: order next door at Little Brother’s Bar"

"Really enjoyed our tasty burritos from here, perfectly toasted wrapper. There's a few 15 min parking spots so you can pickup your order; or if you order in person at the food truck, you can walk around a bit while you wait. Our order took about 10 minutes for 2 burritos. Would recommend, really enjoyed my breakfast burrito here."
