"Went in for a simple phone repair they didn't have the part so they said they would order it and it would take 5days. 12 days later never heard anything back from them. Main thing was the guy working the store he had a attitude and could tell he was just lazy and didn't care about anything. I asked him how well there phone repair service was and in a none caring manner just shrugged his shoulders you could tell he did want anything to do with it never heard back from them I'm thankful I didn't get my S23 ultra repaired there"

They cut the key but it wouldn't work due to the missing chip.
