"Nothing like a roach in your tea to round off a mediocre lunch. Also: what's with the bot asking everyone if they want to elevate their complaints? It shouldn't be on the customer to push that process - you either want to clean up your slow, filthy burger joint, or you don't."
"So, I’m not typically one to write horrible reviews because I feel bad, but this place sucks. We work at the BMW really close, so we’ve come here like 5-8 times in the last two months. EVERY time (not exaggerating) they have gotten our order completely wrong, sometimes even getting it wrong AGAIN when we send it back to be corrected. Today I got a cheeseburger with NO pickle, EXTRA onions, and ADD bacon. They gave me a regular cheeseburger with NO onion OR bacon. I sent it back and it STILL had pickles and NO onions. Not only that, but we get the same little Mexican girl as our runner almost every time. Girl, I’ve been in foodservice for 7 years up until this BMW job, and it is not that hard to be nice, especially cause I always try to be overly kind since I know how much the serving industry sucks. She has such an attitude with me and gets very huffy and puffy when I tell her the order is wrong. It just sucks to have spent my money here and continuously be disappointed/not get what I paid for, especially cause I’m poor."
"Today I ordered a 5 piece tender meal. When I opened the box at work I was appalled to find 3 of them were small and severally overcooked. The tots were also barely cooked and not very crisp. If I wouldn’t been late back to work I would have returned them immediately. Only one star because my server was nice. Definitely one my worst meal experiences. Update: Since there is no reply to your own review to update it, maybe google should add one. I should did this sooner. Sonic did get back to me within the week, at the location Beau happily replaced my order in full."
"I ordered ahead of time on the app and they were not very busy when i pulled up and they messed up my order quite a bit. My drinks came out diet and my fries were supposed to be tots:( they also put what i thought was a delicious piece of bacon but in fact upon further inspection was just a piece of burnt bits on my burger:( not very happy. Thanks anyway!"
