"Greeted by a super sticky floor, we ordered chips and salsa to start. Well, we thought it was salsa, but seems it was just mildly flavored tomato paste-horrid! We got salads and a cheeseburger. The meals were bland and the only thing worse was the ridiculously loud music at 5:30pm with only three tables occupied. Don’t waste your money!"

"Moody’s is such a fun time! I really love the atmosphere. It’s perfect for a game day or any evening to stop in for some awesome cocktails. I recommend you check it out!"

"The music is way too loud. I ordered veggie quesadillas and they were ok(I didn’t really like the type of veggies they chose for it). The quesadillas were mainly filled with bell pepper and onion and something else. I ordered a shrimp taco and it smelled so fishy and looked so light in color so I thought it’s raw (though the manager claims it’s cooked). Anyways, i asked him to redo my order and cook the shrimp more. And it came back looking the same. The shrimp is hard and so fishy. I don’t think they added enough spices to it."

"Imagine my delight in the early afternoon, when The Cactus Cafe and Hole in the Wall hadn't opened and Cain and Abel's was inexplicably closed, walking along The Drag only to discover a special: $2 tequila and $2 domestics. Service was excellent and plenty friendly. The venue was clean. The music was a lively (Cuban?) mix. I'd just eaten lunch, so the food rating is speculative, but what I saw looked good! Definitely a gem."

"Moody’s Kitchen and Bar had good burgers and chips n queso. I was expecting a server but just have to order online even though I was dining in. Would I come back, yeah probably but not hurrying back there. It is close to campus and Bass Concert Hall and Frank Erwin Center."
