"Normally don't have issues at this location. Since I'm a night owl, you could say I'm a frequent visitor at this location because they are the closest 24hr location to me. Tonight I didn't get 2 out of the 4 items I ordered and paid for... Yet got all the condiments for them? I should have checked before driving away but didn't as they are usually correct in my experiences and didn't notice until after driving home. I tried calling to ask about a refund or just... anything but no answer and no voicemail so unfortunately it led me to here. If it wasn't a bit of a drive- I'd just go back but a bit inconvenient."
"Visited town and wanted to give them a try. The drive through wasn’t clear and my order was wrong. I ordered a Jack fan fave box and was given tender and fries instead. But the rest of order was fine. No receipt so unsure what I paid for. The soda machine was down. I asked would it be cheaper with no soda, she offered apple juice which I don’t think would have been the same price."
