"I liked that they corrected our order, they gave us a blackened chicken sandwich at first and when walked inside they had the integrity to tell us that they had given us the wrong sandwich when we ordered the classic. Shout out to the lady with the red lipstick for integrity and above and beyond customer service!!! She’s the best thank you."
"Terrible customer service. Manager told me I could not customize my order. I was told they only do it on Tuesdays and I was willing to waiting however long it was going to take to make my order. If I am willing to wait as a paying customer I should have been granted whatever I wanted. It seemed as if they did not want to work to make more chicken. Your job is to serve customers and give them the best customer experience this was not the case at this location"
