"This is the only sonic close to my house every time i come here the terrible customer service is worse and worse. I mobile order and it never fails that i pull up i put im here the order says on the way then boom 10 min goes by and i have to hit the button just for the staff to sound annoyed that im asking for my food? Also i include a picture of the sausage egg and cheese burrito. I ordered three and all of them looked like this three nuggets of sausage. DONT WORK HERE IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB. The customers shouldn’t have to suffer because you hate your job."

"I've witnessed so many changes at this location alone.. whoever the young lady was at the drive thru window tonight was very sweet. Great service and effort. The order taker ( Says Christopher: if he used his card ) was also very polite & made sure he greeted us and let us know he would be with us in a moment. Josh, Eli & Pedro are always awesome during the afternoon/evening! It's really nice to see the come up!! Keep it up, y'all!"
