"It’s funny how I see a lot of 1 star reviews people go out of there way for bad news but when it’s good it’s not even a big deal I like the store and I goto the gym and see the manager she is cool. I buy a lot of clothes here never had a problem any disagreement does not warrant trying to get someone fired . Tiff good job and keep up the good work . "Men’s section and kid’s section clothings are great but did not like the women section though. The fitting rooms are so small. This store has become messy now maybe due to shortage of staff. The staffs are rude and never smile.. they behave as if they work for free and are doing some favor on us. Zara needs to hire good staffs and more people too."
"My friend has been standing in line for over 25 minutes, and there is only 2 people on register. My other friend went to use the bathroom and came back. That’s how long the line is. It’s honestly ridiculous. They need to hire more people or the manager needs to help their employees."
