"I cannot begin to explain how amazing the staff at this AutoZone is. While driving my son to school, I got a flat tire. Fortunately, it was as I was about to pass by this particular AutoZone. I pulled into the parking lot, and I proceeded to be greeted by Alex Benitez, one of the store managers. He explained, very kindly, that they do not sell tires. But nonetheless, he came outside to look at my car. He then took the extra step to YouTube and Google how to retrieve my spare tire as it was located underneath the rear of the car. He then went the extra, extra mile and changed the tire for me. Without ever being asked. He took it upon himself to not only change it, but to also explain to me how to change a tire…which I had never done before. He asked for nothing in return, and simply wished me a Merry Christmas. This man deserves a raise to say the least and a promotion. He made my day brighter and saved me from having to pay for a mobile mechanics or a tow. Shout out to Alex Benitez at Store #4247 located at 1621 East Parmer."

"These folks are so helpful. I had a dead battery and they were able to used their machine to check and make sure it was fully dead. We discussed my options and the friendly employee (who’s name I don’t remember sorry!) asked how long I plan to keep the car when helping me decide which battery to buy. Then they easily replaced it for me, in the rain no less. Thank so much guys!"
