"I got the KFC bowl. I was only given 4 pieces of chicken. I was charged for a container of extra cheese and one for gravy. Both 1.75 each. The gravy was filled up. I was only given a (pinch) of extra cheese in the small container. The bowl was really just a large mashed potatoes with gravy. A very small sprinkle of corn tiny sprinkle of cheese with very tiny pieces of chicken. I feel as though the cook that night just was attempting to stretch ingredients until close or was running out…. However… big thumbs down. Waste of 10 bucks"
"I went to the KFC and ordered the potpop. To my surprise, there was barely any vegetables abd there something that looked like burnt(black)very thin strips of chicken. The so call chicken was so black it looked like it was mushroom with chicken skin. I started no yo say anything, but I spent my money on this and have had a better experience and multiple locations; except this one so I went inside.When I addressed to everyone who I think was the manager, He stated that the reason the skin was inside of the pot pie was because it's part of the chicken and I told him that was nasty, and that I had never had that at any of the other locations. So he offered to fix another one. but it was gonna take 22 minutes. Then II asked for my money back and he told me. I didn't bring him back anything( It really wasn't anything to bring back. Since it was barely anything in the pot pie....I ate the crust and some of the vegetables that was in there.) so he couldn't give me a refund. I will never go to that location again."
"This place is in over their head. Fast food takes a lot of concentration. These folks do not keep up. I spent $52 including tip for three items via Door Dash. All 3 were wrong. The large pints of Cole Slaw I needed most were only half full, at six dollars each. The BBQ sauce pouches came as honey mustard rather than barbecue. And the wings were ordered original style but came as high calorie crispy style. Making mistakes that involve a delivery service hurts the whole community. I think the problems here exist on a managerial level. One time I was refused service there because I looked mad. I wasn't mad at all and they threw out a good customer by pre-judgeing. Spend some money on someone with some leadership ability."
