"Of course if you live in the area you know that they're visual problems in the area but I come to post this because I have to work tonight. I literally just left there between 5:40pm and 6:20 p.m. they had us pull up and wait for the order only to give us the wrong order. Food is very cold. Doesn't taste very good. The best thing of the order was the drink The order consisted of two crispy chicken BLTs and three orders of regular chicken nuggets I knew they were going to mess up when the server didn't read back the order."
"The day manager is rude. Employees are pretty courteous for one. Makes you dread going to the location having to deal with ego & attitude."
"The girl in the drive thru window was so rude. I’ve never had service like this. I told her in the drive thru window I had a mobile order that and she said to pull up. At the window, she told me you can get down for a mobile order. I said well I’m here can I just have it now it’s paid for I’ve never had to get down. She again repeated for me to get down to grab a mobile order. Why would I get down when I’ve been waiting and was told to pull forward? She made me pull forward away from the drive thru window and I’m still waiting 30 minutes later. I never received my food."
"I ordered the $6 biggie bag BLT Crispy Chicken, and that is not what I received. Tried calling them and didn't answer. Called again, and they kept ending calling."
