"Today I was in the mood for tacos! I did not expect to be eating something so perfectly constructed in flavor and substance and coming from a food park even less so. For $4.50 or less you can have bacon, potato, egg, and cheese (don’t forget the salsa) but wait! The potatoes are hand chopped fries topped with melted mozzarella IN A TACO. Pair that with their Dole pineapple soft serve and you can’t go wrong. Brunch is served Sundays from 9-2. The trailer is in the Way South Food Park with plenty of parking, space for the dogs & kiddos to run around and shaded tables to eat at. Can’t wait to come back for more."

"Schnitzy’s BIG OL’ BOX OF FRIES came in pizza box which enchanted the excitement of palates. Ordered fries with Parmesan cheese and Garlic… perfect combination! Quite satisfied! And the owner came to offer us their famous Pork tenderloin schnitzel with half wedge of lemon. Oh my! Inside the pork tenderloin was perfectly moist and flawlessly well-cooked!!!"
"This was the best tenderloin and fries I’ve ever had!! Everything was perfectly seasoned and made fresh while we waited, the fries were comparable to five guys fries but even better, and it was all very reasonably priced. The owner was very kind and even gave us a sample of dole whip to try. Cannot wait to go there again!"
