"This was my first time trying this neighborhood food truck. I was really in the mood for bbq, and I saw it had 5 stars, the only one to have 5 stars near me. So I thought, I'll try it! I'm so glad I did! The ribs were delicious; that perfect blend of tender and crispy, not too fatty, so the bulk is meat. And seasoned really nicely. The side of potato salad was delicious, too. Tasted like a homemade family recipe, slightly sweet, as well. The guys in the truck were really nice, professional and my food was ready when I got there. They even gave me one of their banana desserts to try. The whole experience was great and this will absolutely be my bbq go to around here. Thank you, Bigg Belly BBQ Co!"
