"I called for a whataburger with just mayo and bread for my vegan friend because we had vegan meat on the pan at my house, and she instantly hung up not caring about my friend and I think that is extremely offensive to all vegans!"
"It’s took them a while to take my order on the speaker. Pulled up the window to pay. The two employees was standing, walking around. One looks like in a manger uniform. There was only me the whole time. Not a busy hour. However, None of them seems to care that I have been waiting at the window to pay. I finally give up and drove away after waiting at the window with their ignorance. I guess I am invisible like a ghost in those people’ eyes. So rude , never come back here. Whataburger’s customer service sinks at the bottom. It’s sad to see people don’t care to do their jobs."
"Food has really improved at this location. Service and atmosphere pretty decent also. It's lots of fun to see who comes and goes at this location especially at night. Noticed a zombie me and my partner kicked out of the business we worked at from the day before. He was quiet and well behaved though. I was a little concerned when I saw a homeless guy come in. He was wearing all black. He had black cargo shorts on. I noticed a large knife in his outer pocket. Luckily, he came in refilled his soda and left without incident. If you come here at night pay close attention to the people who come in. If you see something that concerns you speak to an employee or manager. Let them know if you see something that could be potentially problematic or dangerous. I did inform an employee about what I had seen."
"This is the fastest whataburger that I've ever been to. Bastrop location will have you waiting an hour to get to order and another forty-five minutes to get your order. This place has nice employees and fast service. I'd rather drive out of town to this location to get food"
"Pretty good burgers for fast food The price is average $4-6 per burger I bought 2 double burgers Onion rings, fries and small coke Paid $23 Order was ready in 5 min When I got home it still was warm and fries crispy I wife say is ok quality for fast food place I would eat there again Thank you"
