"Awful customer setvice. Waited about 5 minutes in line to check out. The first sales clerk to become available called me over and as I was putting my clothes on the counter she looked over at the other two clerks (still checking out their customers) and said “oh they are almost finished. You can wait for one of them to become available”. She then proceeded to walk to a table and straighten up the clothes on it. There was already a clerk that was on the floor doing the same thing. I put my clothes down on a table and walked out. Customer Service in America has gotten so poor that it must the result of millennials training millennials."
"First time shopping with them. I had been looking everywhere for a cute quality romper and they had one for me! Last minute. Ordered online and VERY fast in store pick up. Ashley provided great, friendly service and answered all of my questions. Very nice experience with them :)"
"Selection was OK. Catch them on a sale for it to be worth it. The quality of their clothes (fabric, buttons sewn on properly, color options) has improved. Not so much in their pants section; Everything seemed to be for one or two specific types of bodies, skinny and slender, no curves."
"Wow, what a fun and happening store! I was in a rush looking for a cute top to change into before l met with with my son and his gf for dinner and a movie. How fortuitous for me that Memorial City Mall at Gessner and I-10 wss on the way. I had roughly about 15 minutes to find a new top so imagine my surprise that as soon as I walked into Loft I found a perfect top and jacket! Julie and Natasha, the two lovely ladies working there understood I was in a rush and helped me find my size and sent me happily on my way. I was so impressed with the selection, prices and especially the customer service that i plan to return for a full shop before I return to the Netherlands."
