"You see the advertised menu on the brightly iluminated display board, get in line, first guy puts the sides on a plate based on your choice, you keep waiting in the line for the main food for another 5-6 more min, then the second guy tells you they don't have the advertised menu on the board and unsurprisingly “they have other options with extra payment”! And this happened twice at the same spot in last two months! 1. Why do you keep the illuminated ad on if you don't have the item? 2. Why the first guy don't tell you that, so you’ll decide to leave or stay and don't lose time? Guys, observe tradesmen ethics and respect people’s time!"

"Contrary to what it looks like from my pictures, the servings were quite small. This was three entrees, a very small scoop of each and some vegetables. The quality is very much on par to panda express, so personally, I'm not sure which one I'd have rather gone with. I typically go with sarku japan when at the mall but I decided to try something different today and I still don't know how I feel about it, unfortunately."
