"Total trash service. I’ve been a loyal customer of chipotle for the past 10 years, but lately this place is gone in the dumps. Tonight was the last straw. Last week on my to go order they forgot my side of chicken. I went back this week with my family to buy a meal and let them know and even showed them the receipt. This isn’t the first time they’ve either forgot parts of my to go meal or completely screwed it up. The manager said it was a week ago and it was too long. Guess he thought one week absolved him from doing his job right and turned me into a cheap meat thief for his $3 side. On top of that last week, they were out of chips and this week they were out of black beans- how does that happen at a Mexican fast food, restaurant? Complete and epic failure competency and management that are terminally incompetent and should be washing floors or digging ditches."
"Used to love this location, not anymore They are routinely out of ingredients. This was the third time. Last time they had no peppers, before that chicken, and today no corn salsa. They casually say they are out and aren't even apologetic. They refuse to sub. And they don't even tell whats short before starting to make. Where did the good staff go?"
"Service: rude; two guys prepping our food were laughing the entire time goofing around; items were out so they kept trying to push brown rice instead of white rice Food Quality: $15 for carne asada that was inedible, full of fat and tendons and barely cut up into chewable pieces; my queso had meat that fell into it"
"The food is decent but service is pretty terrible. When I order a bowl asking Guacamole on top of it, this lady told me it’s already on it. I double check and am sure not on it, and ask one more time but get same answer. I didn’t argue but want to point this out."
