"Nice stuff but a bit too pricey"
"Very bad customer service. He went to put the shirt that doesn’t have tag back on the display while I’m waiting at the cashier to pay, then when he came back he threw all the clothes in the bag. Incredibly rude, didn’t even say a word when I paid or fold the clothes."

"I went to the store to return an online order. I ordered the items 9/8/22 and apparently the 30 day return policy starts from that date, not the date I receive the product, which makes no sense. I did not have the product in my possession for 30 days. Anyways I was able to return 3 items for a gift card. 1 item I was told I could not return because it was missing a tag. The item is in perfect condition. This is not stated in the return policy, and should be, if this disqualifies my item for return. Also, tried to file a complaint online and the rep refused. I will not by anything from Hollister again after using my gift card. I will stick with American Eagle, and their jeans always fit right and are true to my size, unlike the ones I returned to Hollister. I would also say the in store cashier wasn’t very friendly or pleasant either"
"Store was packed but the employee's were super helpful! Many greeted me throughout the store and fitting room lines. There's a guy working there, dark hair and glasses - he was very helpful at checkout, wish I'd gotten his name. Thank you!"
