"Cashier was extremely nice, however the meat was extremely burnt, didn’t taste any flavor at all in the mix bbq plate, hard pass this place needs some attention!"

"The lumpia was on par for what it is, good. My gf and I both got a musubi, which is similar to a sushi roll, rice and your choice of protein wrapped in seaweed. I got the spam one and really liked it, had a good flavor. My gf liked hers which was the chicken katsu musubi, had a very good crispy chicken crunch. I got the loco moco and it was so goooood. Basically a hamburger steak with gravy over a bed of white rice, served with macaroni salad. I may go back weekly for this. My gf got the grilled chicken plate which she liked, I thought the chicken was okay. Will definitely be back. Took it to-go, I will say the dining area was kind of small. But I’d still eat there cuz the food is so good ."

"Went to one of the locations in Honolulu for the first time, and the food and atmosphere did not disappoint. When I heard one opened in Austin, I immediately went for takeout and then dined in a couple of days after. The first day was during lunch hours (12ish) and it was busy! I had gotten the Seafood and BBQ combo, which I believe to be a good choice when you can't decide between either. The fish and shrimp are very tasty, especially with the sauce they provide on the side, the ribs I got were pretty good (personally prefer it over the bbq beef although youd get a bigger serving of chicken if you order it as your bbq of choice). For the dine in experience, we got there around 3ish and it wasn't as busy as the previous time. The employees were still welcoming, and the whole place was very clean. I got the BBQ combo this time and again, did not disappoint. To me the serving sizes were enough to fill me up, and for these plates specifically, I believe the prices were reasonable."

"What an amazing place! The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Everyone had a smile on their faces and if you needed anything, they helped you with a smile. The food was AMAZING! They cook every dish fresh so when you eat it, it taste just like a home cooked meal. This place is a 10/10. I definitely recommend."
