Choo Omakase

"Always delicious omakase sushi/sashimi with beautifully plated to enjoy at home! Yellow tail roll was fantastic and to top that, strawberry matcha sando dessert was too yummy. Made me sad that sweet sando was gone too quickly. Thank you Chef Choo!"

Typically at an omakase meal at other places I'm left needing additional pieces to feel full, but not with the omakase from Chef Choo; he provides generous portions of high-quality fish and other ingredients. I love how he pairs the fish with his own twists like Thai Honey Chili, Yuzu Ume Oil, Garlic Chili, Black Garlic Oil, etc. Chef Choo is our favorite omakase experience in Austin!"
