"This truck is in such a nice food truck park! I ordered the chicken pad Thai. You can choose the protein and spice level. The owner recommended going for the mild option, and I’m glad I listened. I enjoy spicy food but also deal with acid reflux, so I thought mild was the perfect amount of spicy. The only thing that was missing was the cilantro. Overall, it was one of the better pad Thai’s I’ve tried."
