"Been a loyal customer to both the mall locations, factory locations and the online store. However, the hours listed for tonight were 11am-7pm. I came in at 6:40 pm. The only reason I came to the mall was to make an exchange of the online purchase I made. However, the store being closed today when I arrived at 6:40, which is way before the posted time made my visit very disappointing. Additionally, the lady at the store(with all the lights on) made some sign language to explain me something which I couldn’t understand. The least they could do is explain the situation with an apology, assuming this early closing of the store was an exception. Will avoid shopping this brand whenever possible, there are hundreds of clothing brand to chose from."
