"The blonde lady wearing a hideous blazer in the bridal section today Feb 17th, 2024 who, as I know now was working an appointment, is extremely rude. I sat down on the chairs for a moment while my wife was looking to try on two dresses from that section. This lady comes from the dressing room and tells me with an extremely rude tone “this is an appointment” as to basically say get the eff out her way. Then snickered to her clients as my wife and I walked away. She needs to check her tone. A nicer approach would have been to say, “I’m sorry sir, we reserve this area for patrons with appointments and their families for fittings, did you need any help? I can ask another associate to help you.” My wife won’t be purchasing from this store now or in the future. Sachin and Babi is sold at Nieman’s and Saks where they treat people with a little more respect and decency."

"Let me just say, complete 360 experience here than the River Oaks location of Anthropologie! They are so kind, helpful and the store is wonderful all around! If you are visiting Anthropologie absolutely choose this store over the other!!"

"Guaranteed that when you walk through the door, with an adequate number of staff working inside the store, no one would greet you or offer to help. You are lucky if you didn’t get a blank stare back at you. No joke! The corporate culture and hiring is so questionable, leaving such a bad taste. Overpriced cheap clothing and accessories can’t pay for retail customer service 101. UPDATE: tried to walk in again and gosh how consistent they are with being the most racist retail brand out there."

"The store is clean and nice. Employees and customer service Is good but severely lacking in sizes in store. I don't understand how you can get one or two XL in store. Also Anthropologie removed plus sizes. So we have to buy online then head to the store to return. Its frustrating when brands just don't give AF about people. Its Houston Texas you would think a large city would have better selection of clothes and sizes. please explain. This is why retail is dying. Anthropologie used to have the cutest selection of clothes and dresses. Now nothing grabs your attention and when you look for XL they are like sorry we only get sent one or two."
