"After coming here for the past 4 years, I will be taking my business elsewhere. From never performing a state inspection I paid for to taking over 5 hours for an oil change, I’ve had enough. There are better options in Austin and I will be going there instead"

"8am on November 30th I arrive to have a tire patched and get my 5000 service done. 10 am I’m told I need a new tire for $250. 1030 use shuttle to go lecture for my job. Friend bring me back at 1 after I make several attempts to reach my service agent. 1pm told they are still waiting on the delivery of my tire from a warehouse in north Austin. Between 1 and 3 I ask for updates and get mostly “I don’t know”. 3pm service agent tells me his iPad is not working and cannot check on updates. 3:30pm told they received the tire 5 minutes ago. Not offered any discount. When I ask I’m told they can do nothing for me but take off the tax. 4 days later I had an unfixable flat again in a different tire (bad luck) I took it to a Wal mart service center in Kyle where I was at the time. This tire only cost $85 and only took a little under 2 hours. Make your own informed decision. I will not go back to this Toyota service center anytime soon."

"Asked for transmission fluid for my hybrid Rav 4 and the guy at the counter insisted the CVT fluid FE is the correct fluid after looking up my VIN #. Once I got home, I checked the owners manual to see how much to replace the old fluid with and it turned out I needed ATF WS fluid, NOT CVT FE!!! Good thing I checked my manual. This guy insisted that it was the correct fluid, even after I inquired that I thought it was not CVT fluid that he sold me. How can you get it so wrong, despite having all the resources to check? Probably never even input my VIN# out of pure laziness. I'm going to return everything and take my business elsewhere."
